Debs Atkinson

Hello, I am Debs. I am a healer, a therapist, a writer, a teacher and am mostly at the beck and call of my naughty rescue dogs, ducks and chickens.

Because of my own healing journey, I have a deep belief that the changes we want to see in this world must start from within us, no exceptions. I am passionate about helping others to live from their hearts and to follow their path to happiness and love. I know that is available for us all, it is our choice to take it.

I consider myself to be hugely lucky, I have arrived at a point in my life where I adore what I do. I am still healing, learning, growing and changing and love to share this journey with others who are on this same crazy and exciting ride we call life!

My website is www.naturesmessage.co.uk . My partner and I are currently following our long held dream to create a sanctuary to help nature, wildlife and people. Do come and follow our journey and join us along the way! www.earthkin.org

I used to enjoy browsing through Facebook seeing what people were up to and reading positive and uplifting stories,…

Do Nothing But Love

Our natural reaction, generally, when seeing a loved one in emotional or physical pain, is to try and fix it. Maybe there is someone you care for who is in a relationship which looks and feels destructive and unhealthy, yet they cannot seem to take steps to change it. Or perhaps someone you love is…

Laugh til you Fall Over

Sometimes life feels full of drama and too difficult to find space to laugh. However, having a sense of the ridiculous has got me through many an unhappy situation. When all feels overwhelming remember this “blessed are we who can laugh at ourselves, for we shall never fail to be amused”. Find something to make…

Be Open Hearted

A closed heart cannot receive love any more than it can send it out. You can intend to let go of anything blocking your heart from being open. Old relationships can have a big impact on shutting off your heart, particularly if you have been hurt, so intending to let go of old wounds is…
