The Secret of Meditation

As you breathe in and breathe out, take a few moments to see the interaction of the subtle energies that are happening inside of your own body. As you do this, what you are doing is invoking the subtle energies, which are beautifully present in this moment. As you do so, you realize your own body expands to the point where you embrace the body that is the body of life, the body of the universe.

You don’t have to do anything, all you have to do is let go and go deeper, so that that beautiful nourishment, the beautiful light that is shining, moves down deeper and deeper, to all of the energetic points inside of your body. This helps you to relax and, as you relax more and more, there is very little space for all the emotional limitations that your mind or feelings may bring up during these very powerful moments of meditation and transformation for this earth.

As you relax, there is no space to hold on to anything that stops you from flowing with the harmony that is around you.
