Shaman’s Wisdom Within

Sat Tony Samara“Nature is such a powerful thing and, in fact, this is not new because the Hindus talked about these things thousands of years ago but they described it as the dance of destruction and the dance of life – expansion and contraction.

Without destruction there is no life. Our intelligence says we want to keep something permanent but everything is impermanent – permanence is an illusion. You are not the same person that asked the question two minutes ago. You have changed completely. The only thing that is the same is the history of the mind that likes to make sure that everything is the same, so that it can be in one place and it is this that creates suffering. So, you have the choice between the radical revolution of saying that you want complete change, the complete experience of what is happening around you or that you want to be in a little box and suffer.

Complete change is what Pachamama is showing us – complete change all the time.

You will only be able to understand this when you stand out there like a baby or young child and look at the stars and feel in awe and say how fantastic that is. What is fantastic is an understanding or an experience like this. Or perhaps you can be like the person that looks at the stars and knows their names and wants to know the other names, but then you are putting everything in a little box so that it makes sense to the mind.

You have to live every moment as if it was your last, and then you will realise how precious that moment is. It is your choice. Do you want to be stuck in your mind, in the past, in what you know or are you ready to jump?”
