As we allow for ourselves to awaken and open up, everything begins to change. The reason everything begins to change is because not only do we enhance the possibility to reach the state of consciousness within, but also we begin to change the very structures and foundations that hold us in the old.
This means we let go of the old reactive aspect of the brain – of thinking, of feeling – and we become receptive to that which is impossible to see, think about or understand because it is beyond that structure, which we are experiencing in this dimension of reality.
How wonderful then to know that there is so much more to the practice than even the practice. What we put into the practice is given back to us a thousand times more, simply by being open to the receptive aspect within us.
This allows the openness within us, to feel from the depth of our heart that we are at one with everything and it is that oneness that sets us free.
Additionally, this oneness allows us to see the ignorance of dualism, and we see that which we have believed to be separate, is actually just a picture in our mind. And, as we transcend to a deeper state of consciousness, which is the oneness that we feel and experience in our heart, wow, everything is totally different and the practice is more than a practice.
Until that moment, keep practicing. Never give up!
