Conscious Actions
Most people are human, but everyone will have days when it’s easier and much more light and other days when it is not. That is acceptable.
What is not acceptable is when we begin to create a habit out of the negative aspects and limits that we believe to be so strong and that we see no way out of.
This is not acceptable because basically you are then not honoring the deeper aspect of yourself.
I would suggest that even if it is difficult, that you imagine that you are happy.
Even in the most difficult situations, because by doing this we change the whole habit that links us in to the limitations that we don’t even see because they are unconscious.
Unconscious actions don’t allow for the energy to flow to the right places and the right places are the ones that free you.
The other places that limit you are just old habits and you’ve done this, so there is no need to keep repeating such habitual actions.
