Break Free of Karma

Sat Tony SamaraHow do we know if we are doing the right thing?

We really never know anything.

That’s a good thing, because if we knew everything then we wouldn’t really be alive.

Part of being alive in this world is accepting the adventure of the unknown and not the need to control through knowing.

The mind only wants to know because that is being driven by the ego.

Meditation is not to know anything, it’s to live in the moment.

And if you live in the moment then the idea of the future and the idea of the past is just irrelevant because you are so busy in the experience of what is happening right now that then there is no need to know.

The heart wants to feel.

Rather than wanting to understand the moment, you want to absorb the feeling in that moment, to expand into that moment.

In this moment, you can do it.

You can actually feel in this moment.

That is the only way to break free of karma.

To break free of karma means that you have to be complete in that moment.
