Falling or Flying

Sat Tony SamaraWhen you are yourself, when you are real to yourself, then the external situation will always reflect this back to you.

Forget the outside, forget the relationship that is happening on the outside and come back to what it is like to be in a true and complete relationship with yourself.

Go back to the space that you experienced with this person when you first met, those few moments when you really see a person from that space of love, from that space of openness, is so beautiful and you can bring that beauty back at any time.

It is a decision that is up to you if you have the courage to move beyond those programmes, and beyond those traumas that are experienced that prevent the awareness of who you are.

It is important not to wait for your partner to make you happy, it is important for you to make your partner feel the bliss and beauty of being with a person that is divine, and if this doesn’t work, if it is impossible for you both in a relationship to find this space, then the natural consequence of this is to simply move away from each other.

But, you will move away from each other in a way that is beautiful because you will move away in a sense of friendship, in a sense of relationship where you understand that it is time to move away from each other.

If you look at the person’s beauty, see this is what a child does you know, they look at someone and they look at their light, they look at their heart, they look at their soul and they see that that person is beautiful. You know, there is a divine aspect that they are relating to.

Of course, it’s very easy for an adult to do this in a relationship to someone that they love. If you look at the person and you just see their beautiful qualities, which doesn’t mean that you’re denying anything but you just see their beautiful qualities, what you do is transcend the unconscious mind to a space of awareness.

And, when you feel this, then the other person that is in relationship with you will know that you’re honouring their soul, their depth.

You have the power to do this. It is a matter of believing in yourself and believing in the love that you have for each other, and if you believe in this then that belief system creates the reality.

I close my eyes. I take a deep breath. You know to relax you pull the spine a little bit so that the curve of the spine really feels comfortable. Pull it back with your head and your chin slightly down towards your chest and then when you close your eyes just smile inside. Just find that inner smile.

Forget what is going on. Forget the person’s unhappy face or aggressive face or unloving face and come back to a sense of beauty.

If you allow your heart, which is the feeling inside of yourself, to touch a quality that is very beautiful then the energy inside of you moves to a very high vibrancy and you can touch something that is beyond words; you can touch what love really means.

Thank You.
