In our busy lives we find ourselves bombarded 24/7 by so much information, that at times we feel overwhelmed and tired just by the thought of having to read another text message or email!
Have you ever wondered where this instinct comes from? Or why?
Whatever your experience might be as a woman, I believe we were all born with an extra gear and that Nature has gifted us with many extra tools which some of us probably forget to use or are unaware of.
One of these extra tools is the menstrual cycle. Yes, that’s right – the so dreaded monthly event which many of us call ‘The Curse’!
Although we are living in very modern and “open” times- (the XXI century), we tend to ignore or avoid this subject. The rare times we decide to open up in social situations, we have to lower our voices and whisper to make sure nobody else in the room can hear!
Why do we do that? Why is it a taboo subject that still carries such a stigma?
Does it stem from concern or embarrassment?
Is it not a natural process that we all need to go through in order to stay alive?
If we study closely, we can see that there tends to be a link between taboos and sacred things or anything carrying some power. Could this be the case for the menstrual cycle too?
Willingly or not, we have been living for several thousands of years under the rule of patriarchy, therefore the cycle has been considered as something pertinent to the progression of the female gender and therefore not a major topic of discussion for a society which is mainly run by men.
Even after millennia, many women still convince themselves that it is an inconvenient aspect of life that we all have to put up with and shut up about.
Should this be the case?
Have you ever considered that this mysterious phenomenon has been dreaded or misunderstood so much because, in fact, it carries some special powers?
Could it be that we sit on a gold mine and we don’t know?
What if I told you that your main source of inspiration is actually residing in it?
How would you feel?
If you observe closely enough, you will notice that at times in your life you are full of inspiration, energy; determination and have all the answers.
What if I told you that a good reason may be because of a connection with your menstrual cycle?

Women often experience a loss of identity, lack of direction, disconnection from their body, lack of libido and intimacy with their partner and themselves at some stage of their lives. This can trigger physical problems like PMS, cravings, mood swings, weight gain, low self esteem, lack of energy/libido, direction and cause relationship issues. In fact, our body is trying to get in contact with us through these symptoms which can create mental and emotional states that can be very challenging to say the least.
Gabriella has a solution for all these problems and helps women to reconnect with their body and feminine cycle to improve the quality of their lives.
