What to Expect as You Expand in Consciousness (at any stage)
Outline: Whether you have been on this journey for a while or just getting started…
This is a time of great personal expansion.
• You are learning, healing, activating,
• and beginning to understand all of the different truths about who you really are, what all humans are capable of
• You may feel very strong at times, but at other times feel very vulnerable.
It may be difficult to relate to many who you must interact with
• But remember, YOU are the one with true power in these situations… (the ability and intention to create and heal from a Universal Source of heart centered energy)
• Not the learned false sense of power based on the “power over others” construct and paradigm

Was set in motion with the intention of keeping only certain individuals in power. As you are slowly and steadily gaining conscious access to the field, moving beyond your five senses, and into your other dimensions, and the other perspectives of yourselves…
You begin to access this power.
You may not easily see or consciously experience all of this quantum information yet…
• As there may be layers of lower frequency emotion still in your field.
• Another way to say this is: you need to process emotions such as grief, sorrow, blame, emotional hurt.
• Even as you are learning that certain experiences have been part of your agreements (before incarnating and from Higher Perspective), you must still process these emotions.
As these emotions process through you and heal, you are able to feel more of your other dimensions.
• There is a sense of freedom here.
• You can silently exact your power of high frequency (it is literally infectious) over the situations around you at any given time.
• This is a skill you will be (and many of you are) building as you are practicing holding frequency. And so this will move back and forth on a scale.
• Remember everything is always in motion. Everything is energy. And energy, even when it seems static, is still building momentum, it is still in motion.
• So you will have to retreat when and where necessary to maintain your own momentum, growth, and expansion.
• This is part of the growth process: learning, practicing (experience), releasing, integration, repeat…

I am what can be called a Blue Ray Arcturian Channel. I am integrated with four of my Higher Selves and consciously connected to many etheric Guides (which you all have as well). We are moving beyond a “power over others” paradigm into a period of heart centered living.
The Activations that I create help humans to access and unlock their many heart centered gifts by increasing their level of quantum understanding and activating their dormant etheric DNA (Christ Consciousness) which contains the “memory” of your natural abilities and heart connection.
There are high frequencies and codes embedded within all messages, readings, and healings, which assist with this. They are called forward by your Higher Selves, Guides, and the human collective consciousness.
