Just do it… The Nike advice is so very sound… Waking up early to climb up a steep mountain doesn’t always seem appealing, I realised today…  ? My waking feeling was that it was all rather hard, the terrain, the thin air, needing to do it early before the blazing sun appeared over the mountain…….
