My Top 8 Natural Ways to Reduce Arthritis Pain

    Maintaining weight is the crucial part. Any increase will result in increase in pain.

    Richards, You are of course quite right about weight – usually diet. The body is a magnificent machine which, when abused reacts. The wrong foods are pushed at us, lifestyles of a sedentary nature, poisons for our systems endemic all contribute to bad health.

    Education is sadly lacking, from young school age upwards. Big business pushes what is not good for us – it is in their financial interest interests that we are not well. Attitudes need to change.
