Knowing and Trusting Your Gifts

Probably two or three years into my work as a coach I discovered something very interesting.

Person after person would come and see me to work on their life, career, relationships, confidence, business, or all the above. In every case whether the person was a Chief Executive, TV celebrity or someone just starting out in their career or without notable ‘so called’ status or employment their story was more or less the same. And that story was that they could /should be better than they were.

Perhaps so – there’s lots to be said for aspiring, looking to progress personally and professionally. But what became so clear to me was they did not see the magic that they already possessed.
