October 2025 Tarot Reading

Welcome to this month’s general card reading. I hope that it will resonate with those of you who read it, and you will find it helpful.

Cards duplicated in the last 6 months:

September and October – Ace of Cups

September and October – The Tower

June, July and October – 9 of Cups

June and October – 8 of Pentacles

June and October – 7 of Swords

The returning energies are indicating that disruption in our lives will continue this month.  However, it’s not all doom and gloom because there are new opportunities on a work/project level and we will have reason to pat ourselves on the back due to our commitment to excellence.  Tact and diplomacy are also highlighted as well as keeping an open heart.

As we start off this month we could be feeling very proud of ourselves and benefiting from the fruits of our labour due to the commitment we’ve put into our work, friends and family.  Joy and celebration are in the air.

The first part of October is best spent in indulging in some alone time.  We need to clear our heads from the advice of others in order to decide what we want to do for ourselves.  This will enable us to move forward with an open heart and renewed energy.

In the middle part of the month some of us could be starting new jobs or new projects, often in an unfamiliar field.  A lot of things could feel very chaotic right now with people and situations leaving our lives, but the upside of that is that we retain what is meant for us for the future and it also leaves room for new people and experiences to enter our lives.  The main thing is not to panic – it’s just the Universe clearing our road ahead.

Towards the end of October it is important to be tactful and diplomatic, even if we are tempted to be forceful with people.  If we move forward aggressively in any situation it will result in the other party shutting themselves off and not listening to us at all.  A softly, softly approach will be much more effective.

As we come to the end of the month we need to keep our eye on the prize and not sweat the small stuff.  Focus and discipline are needed and reacting to every bump in the road won’t be of benefit to us at all.

Our luck throughout the month is to delve deeper into our soul journey and the spiritual aspects of life.  The questions to ask ourselves are:  ‘Who am I?’, ‘What’s my purpose?’ and ‘Why am I here on this planet at this time?’.

Our main challenge this month is to recognise that it’s the end of an era.  We need to consolidate all our learning to date and get prepared for the next stage in our lives.  There is no more sitting on the sidelines.

Summary – October is a month for keeping our cool and spending time in self-discovery and reflection.  Big changes are on our doorsteps and we need to be prepared.

Wishing everyone an enlightening month and luck with all the new opportunities that could be wending our way.
