Bodhisattva Conversations with… Kay Shore
Kay Shore is an intuitive body worker, whose practise is a blend of all types of body work which she discusses in this podcast.
She specialises in chronic pain management and its relief, and also helps individuals who are experiencing challenging times in their life to navigate big shifts and transitions.
She is passionate about her work, and believes that this comes in part from the well spring of her own experience of working with and overcoming pain herself.
In this podcast Kay shares with us her own journey and her own transitions and shifts that have lead her to where she is now. She also talks about the development of her practise and how her methods of working have evolved as she has.

I have been running all of my life – it feels I was born to run. In the running step I experienced freedom and my true expression. I came to see that I needed to ‘get out of the way of myself’ and let my energy flow through the running step; allow it to express itself in the dance and the motion of running.
I have also worked in the lives of others as a guide, counsellor, healer and teacher for over 40 years.
I lived as a nomad for 6 years with my husband Anadi, but my inner voice brought me back to the UK in May 2019 and I have been living and working and running in London since then….
