How Healing Is Received Very Important To Know – The Arcturian Council
The Arcturians:
Whenever there is a healing that wants to occur from an individual (or by individuals) who care about a Being or a Soul incarnated in physical form, there are certain parameters which must be, or which are automatically adhered to on a quantum level. Any individual must be ready to receive. And they will only receive the extent of the healing that they are “agreeing” to. And anything beyond that is not likely to occur, because everything is energy. And therefore, from an energetic perspective (of creation), if something is not created, it will not exist in your world. And therefore if you do not internally accept the healing and readily receive it and believe it on a prominent level, you will not observe it in your atmosphere… in your environment.
This is especially true when speaking about remote healing or healing that involves individuals who are not necessarily ready to observe the outward benefits of such. It does not mean that nothing took place in the environment of the individual because on a Soul level and on the level of the team of the individual, there will be acceptance of this. However, in terms of the individual themselves and their “creation” (as they wish to observe it on the earth), they will only tolerate so much variance from this before they revert back to the natural state of their conscious desire.
So you see nothing has gone wrong here. There is nothing wrong with promoting healing in this way and there is nothing wrong if the individual does not appear to have fully received the healing. The laws of the Universe are the laws. And this is so. This is fact this is undeniable. This cannot be shifted according to your standards. And also, you must observe the agreed-upon collective rules (or collective standards) and beliefs.
And so when a person is wanting to receive healing, they are adhering to what they are ready to receive, but also in combination with what the collective belief is around the possibility of such. And there is variance in this. But you see there is no black and white solution. There is no “all or nothing.” Everything is in motion and everything is in balance. And there is always a middle ground.
And these rules complement each other you see. The agreed-upon collective belief serves a purpose in that it will direct propensity to propel you forward in a way that you had not consciously expected as a benefit to society as a whole… as a benefit to the colliding beliefs of all to come to balance. In other words, the individual beliefs of ALL are balanced together by the collective beliefs so that there is not chaos. This is the very definition of how perceived reality operates. There is always a balance. We are the Arcturian Council. We love you!
