Welcome to this month’s general card reading. I hope that it will resonate with those of you who read it and you will find it helpful.
Cards duplicated in the last 6 months:
December and February – 4 of Swords
September, November and February – Strength
October and February – 5 of Cups
October and February – Knight of Cups
September and February – Ace of Cups
September and February – 5 of Wands
This is a much less impactful month than January and what has struck me is the amount of Cups that have appeared – including the Page, Knight and Queen – which indicates that it’s time to let our hearts lead, rather than our heads. Inner reflection and keeping our emotions and egos under control would be wise this month.
As we start off this month we really need to lighten up and have some fun. Let’s think about throwing the weight of the world off our shoulders and kicking up our heels a bit.
The first part of February will be about doing something we love, or being with someone we love. It’s a time in life when we can wake up excited about what the day holds for us, when we have a real passion for something or someone that is meaningful to us. There is a warning not to get obsessive though, because then we could fall into a battle of the ego and emotions and lose the happy side of passion, which can easily deteriorate into a warzone if we aren’t mindful.
In the middle part of the month we might be feeling a bit emotionally fragile. We could be starting a new relationship or breathing new life into an existing one. Some of us could be starting a new project which needs to be nurtured and others of us could be learning to love ourselves more. Along with this we might be challenged by domestic issues – either shortage of money or things breaking down. We must try to take everything in our stride, because this too will pass and these are minor problems in the grand scheme of things.
Towards the end of February we need to take some time out to ourselves to listen to our inner voice, a time of meditation. It’s important to filter out the advice of others and tune in to our inner knowledge. Ultimately, only we know what is right for us. There will be money and resources coming our way related to the work we are doing, which could also be a result of the guidance we get during our solitary and meditative time.
As we come to the end of the month some of us could have a loss of some type. There might possibly be a feeling of betrayal which comes with it too. However, not everything is lost – there is benefit from this situation which we can take into the future, potentially in the form of memories and learning.
Our luck throughout the month is keeping our hearts open. Some of us will be ready for a significant other to come into our lives and others will be doing good in the world and showing compassion and love towards the people and animals that come into their lives.
February can be a gentle and loving month if we so wish. In order to make it so we need to put our egos away, not stress about the trials of day to day life and spend some time alone in order to regain balance if we have lost it along the way.
I wish you a fabulous February and lots of love in your life.
